We were helped by Hannah on our first visit to Vodafone. She listened carefully to us trying to understand our unique situation. She was knowledgeable about the product offerings and helped us arrive at a workable solution to our problem. She was so friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier...

I had occasion to visit Vodafone‘s shop in Winchester to resolve a query on my account. I start with by Hannah and I must say I was impressed with her level of service. She obviously had a complete understanding of company procedure in respect of broadband and ancillary matters and what she was unable to resolve my problem immediately she was able to recommend a future route to resolve matters. A charming and personable member of staff. Thank you, Hannah, for your kind assistance.

Went into the store today after making a mistake with my contract and I can say my problem was resolved swiftly and professionally by Madison! Thank you very much for the help.

Hannah, the employee who sold me the watch at the Winchester voda phone shop was extremely helpful, pleasant and patient. She went through how the watch works, and helped me set up the
apps I needed. The service I received was excellent. Thank you!

I recently changed my 26 year old mobile phone with a modern one that had the Internet. Being so old it caused a lot of technical problems, because I wanted to keep my old number. I cannot thank the superb help we were given by both Harvey and Hannah, who managed to get all my details moved over. I would really recommend calling into Vodafone in Winchester.

I cannot praise Alexei enough for his outstanding service at the Vodafone Winchester store this morning. He was incredibly helpful in assisting me with switching from a different provider to an excellent SIM-only deal with Vodafone.
Thanks to Alexei, I now have a £10-a-month plan with 40GB of data, unlimited calls, and texts. I’m absolutely delighted!

I did notice a member of staff sitting down who was engrossed in his phone, which some recent reviews have also mentioned. While I understand staff may use their phones for work-related purposes, I would suggest that when a customer enters the store, staff should immediately disengage from their phones, stand up, and warmly welcome them.

That said, my experience with Alexei was exceptional. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful in making sure I got the best deal. I cannot fault the service I received—thank you,

Went into Winchester store today (11/01/2025) shop was empty, first staff member who was on his phone looked up and passed us onto another member of staff as he clearly couldn’t be bothered with us. Second member of staff sat us down, we explained we wanted to upgrade my wife’s phone from an IPhone 6 as we were still paying £41 per month for an old phone, so wanted to upgrade and reduce monthly. After 10 mins of I don’t know what he was doing, we were told we could get a iPhone 14 for £52 per month…..sorry, did you not hear what we wanted to do? Asked him if there were any other options…..yes, we could get a refurb phone!!!! I have a new iPhone 13 with Tesco mobile with unlimited everything for £30 per month….. when I said that we would not be doing an upgrade and will therefore be leaving the store AND Vodafone, he shrugged his shoulders, said nothing and we left. No customer service, no smiles, no help in trying to find the right product at the right price….Vodafone, sack them, there are enough people around that would love to work and give a decent experience to your customers. From a now FORMER Vodafone customer of over 20 years…

I was served by Hannah at the Winchester store. She was absolutely brilliant, not pushy at all, and was able to help me with all my questions and show me the comparisons between my phone options, so I could choose the best model for me. Thank you Hanah for looking after me.

Useless customer services in Winchester!!
Went in to ask about my broadband wanted my name and postcode told me i had no broadband with them .. i did !! Asked about my account said i needed picture id !? I had my work id with name and picture !! Not good enough !? Poor service and time to leave !! Was looking for reassurance got exactly the opposite 🤡

Jack at the Winchester was great. Explained every option for me to choose and helped me with what I needed. Great stock of phones and great deals.

We recently went to this store to renew my wife's contract and add myself as an authorised user of her account. We had the pleasure of meeting Maddie who was absolutely brilliant and could not have been more helpful. I know Vodafone have gone through a bad patch but this young lady restored our faith in this company and I hope she's appreciated by her management. Thank you Maddie - two very satisfied customers!

I was greeted warmly when I went in to the Winchester store and from that point onwards, the service, advice and attention I received was absolutely brilliant. The best customer service I have had the pleasure of receiving in ages. Harvey was meticulous in handling my request (I've been receiving notifications my Vodafone Broadband was up for renewal and have two mobile contracts running alongside, so was there a better deal I could switch to?) explaining every detail thoroughly and I came away having signed up for a new phone, switching to a different Broadband plan and saving ourselves money. When I later reviewed all the confirmation emails from Vodafone, they mirrored exactly what Harvey had gone through with me. Beyond pleased - Harvey and the rest of the team, who were all busy whilst I was being served, are a credit to Vodafone. I highly recommend them to everyone and they fully deserve my 5 star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
