Today's visit to worksop store
Extremely helpful member of staff James in the worksop store helped me today...he explained more to me in the short time I was with him than anyone else ever has about the way things work and other related issues. Without being offensive to anyone I cannot understand what the Asian staff are saying when I phone for help...inevitably I finish up ending the call because of this. Brilliant service from start to finish!
I had an excellent experience with this company. My sales agent Dennis was absolutely fantastic — helpful, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
My order (CDH-0000017429389521) arrived exactly as expected and in perfect condition. It’s rare these days to find customer service this good!
