We are a forgotten community! Half way between two cities - Chester and Wrexham - we have a mobile signal which flops between "1 bar" and "no service". My phone is virtually useless for voice communications. Very frustrating for visiting trades people and residents who work from home. This is a problem that has been with us for many years. I've had a Vodafone contract since Feb 2002 & believe Jodi had been a staff member since before this date.

I lost my phone whilst on holiday and…
I lost my phone whilst on holiday and was trying over several phone calls either Vodafone to sort the issue, I was advised to go to a shop as the issue could not be sorted over the phone for some reason. I went tho the Wrexham branch and was served by Melissa who was so helpful and knowledgeable and sorted the issue, and new contracts out within 20 minutes, she also charged my phone me and ensured everything was working before we left and explained everything really well. Would go to the shop again after this experience
