Jack was create when he served me for my husbands new phone. He also helped with my kids made the feel part of the conversation allowing my kids to open my husbands (their dads) new phone as they were excited for it

The Advisor I believe their name was Jack was super helpful, made me feel welcome when I came in the store. He talked me through all the options of how to get the best deal for me. Not only did he do this but he also took the time to talk me through how to set up my new handset when I get it as it was to be delivered into store. Jack is a credit the the Wrexham Vodafone branch.
