New phone contract
I recently visited Vodafone in Yate to purchase a new phone and received excellent service from Owain. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my options without any pressure.
Qwain carefully reviewed my requirements and was able to find me a contract that was not only better but also cheaper than my previous provider. The difference in customer service was remarkable - my previous provider's customer service wasn't a patch on Owain's.
From start to finish, the experience was professional, informative, and genuinely customer focused. I couldn't fault the service provided and would highly recommend both Owain and the Vodafone Yate store to anyone looking for a new phone or contract.
Thank you Owain, for making the whole process so straightforward and enjoyable.
