Failed Broadband Connection Over & Over Again…
If I could have given them zero stars I would. Tried to move my broadband from Sky to Vodafone unsuccessfully. Orders have failed and cancelled over 4 times, I have 3 routers at my property in which none can be activated through my ONT. We have no Wi-Fi in the property currently and all the help we get is we can re-place the order for you with no explanation to the previous issue. I would avoid at all costs and not listen to any advise they give. We were recommended to cancel our Sky subscription to only be let down repeatedly. One of the worst providers I have ever encountered. Feel extremely let down and angry with the experience!

I’ve been with this company for 25 yrs and they are usually very good but just lately they’ve become lazy and think they can threaten you with crap like putting you on calls only cause you pay a day late . Well wake up vodaphone there are loads of other mobile companies out!!!!!!so sort your bloody selfs out or I’m off to Tesco ?? U might think ur the best out there but ur not start reading some of your reviews you have become big rich and greedy like most other companies wake up!!!!!!!!!

Helpful and friendly
We had a complicated situation trying to renegotiate contracts for four different phones (ours and our children’s). I came in as my phone stopped working and I needed a physical SIM for an old phone instead of an e-sim. I also had issues with my old phone number being transferred. Hannah was incredibly helpful and a joy to be around. She also helped give options for mobile routers and advised on my current data plan. For what was just a tech issue I came in for, I had a very good and funny experience with Vodafone and am more likely to shop here again.

I attended Vodafone York as I was having a problem with my phone. I spoke to April who agreed to take a look. April was amazing!!! She sorted the problem out! April was so friendly and helpful.
