Excellent service
I visited Vodafone and received excellent service from Matheus.
I had to return to the store over a few days to resolve some issues related to the porting of my phone number, and he was very professional throughout the whole process.
He explained everything clearly, requested my documents each time I visited the store, and handled everything in a professional manner. I was very happy with the service I received.
I completed my plan with him, including the transfer of my number, and everything went very smoothly.

Great service by staff
Great customer service and very happy with everything I was given today. My phone had issues because it was so slow but Vivienne offered me the best solution and transferred all the data for me. She was so calm and confident throughout.
