Susan at the Pavilions store. 5*
Susan at the Pavilions store was excellent. I had struggled with the web page, OWA and the app were missing a link that tech support advisors had assured me was there on two occasions in order to convert my physical sim to eSIM. My last resort was a store visit and although busy, Susan was immediately able to understand, relax me and assist with instant success. 10/10 customer support considering I wasn’t buying anything at the time, just pure class. bravo

Absolutely brilliant service from Tracy from start to finish. She sold me an S26 Ultra and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Nothing was ever a problem she was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. Eamonn has been helping me over the last couple of days. I just relocated to Ireland and he got my phone plan sorted, as well as my broadband. I would have struggled without his help and he really took his time to guide me and walk me through the process.
