Voipfone does not only offer 5* VOIP with a wide range of services. There customer service is second to none. Any problems I have they have fixed them without issue. Been a customer for a number of years and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome! Any issues, just call them up and you'll get great customer service 100% of the time. Even if its out of hours, you will still get a response via email. Just brilliant.

Excellent service with an online IM chat facility that was instant and extremely knowledgeable. Helped me setup my new phones in less than 5 minutes. I recommend their services to other businesses regularly and recommend them to anyone reading this review.

Been a customer for around 6 years now. Have an geographical ip number that diverts to a number of my choice (set up to divert to my mobile). Never had any downtime that I can remember, and makes life so much easier by diverting customer calls to where they are most likely to be answered.

No problems with Voipfone at all, billing has always just worked in the background with no mistakes or errors. Highly recommended for any small business telecoms/switchboard needs.

We moved into a new unit with no broadband or internet. We went with Voipfone as it offered a solution we could use with our vfast connection. The support we received when setting it all up was excellent. Our V***t connection struggled with carrying the calls so we moved onto a 4G connection (router). As we were only 500m from the tower speeds were 40Mbs+. Call quality was good, but we had issues when people called from a mobile. We also had calls where we lost the connection. In the end we switched from having the calls come through the equipment they provided straight to our mobiles. We used up our allowance at an incredible rate so proved expensive. We are now moving away from Voip as for us the call quality of some calls just was not good enough. Possibly it is down to not having a land line so we may try again once we have one. If we do I would use Voipfone again.

Have recently joined a brand new start-up company and responsible for setting up a basic phone system.

Had heard good things so decided to try Voipfone and so pleased I did. Having used numbers from another well known VOIP company, I was so pleased to find how easy setting up your package is.

I'm most impressed with how quickly it was working once paying for the numbers and extensions, this happened immediately.

So far, call quality has been brilliant and the voicemail system seems to work very well with multiple extensions.

I have found the management interface works very well but there are a lot of options you can configure and change so it's not a simple page. That being said, customer services replied to my question within a day and were incredibly helpful.

Adding additional features and services is incredibly easy so I can safely say that I'll be sticking with them for a long time.

No more BT ! What a relief that I no longer have to use BT, and found Voipfone who are the antithesis of that awful company.
Voipfone do all I need and a lot more; I especially like their call blocking facility for any number that you don't wish to receive calls from.
Of course using VOIP is way cheaper than having an unecessary landline for voice too; I have no landline as I get my internet wirelessly.
10 out 10 for this wonderful service.

I have now managed to use the Voipfone IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to completely stop all cold callers that use automatic dialing machines !!!!
This results in no more cold calls-what bliss. Voipfone actually suggested I should use this system because my aged mother in particular, and I, were being plagued by callers using spoofed telephone numbers, that wouldn't be blocked by normal call blocking methods.

I've been with voipfone for about 3 years now and have never had one problem.
Up to now, I've only used them for outgoing calls but recently took the plunge and got rid of my phone line and moved to virgin vivid 200 broadband only.
I moved my phone number over to them with no problems (they had a great faq and helped when I got stuck).
So I'm now free of the £19 / month landline change and have crystal clear calls in and out!
Only quibble is that their app is far too basic and only shows remaining credit (not package minutes or call details).

We chose Voipfone on the basis of lots of favourable Internet reviews, and we are delighted to record that they really lived up to them! Their service is excellent, the web-based admin console is very comprehensive (we only use a fraction of the features available) and the call charges are very competitive. The ability to have the phone service switch on and off according to our opening hours is excellent, and the ability to have the Voipfone service at our home and in our shop means it is easy to stay in touch between our two locations - for free! When I have needed assistance, the support technicians really know their stuff and get things sorted out quickly. Thoroughly recommended!

I have just started using Voipfone for the porting of an additional line for my small business. They made the porting process from my old provider painless and when I experienced difficulties connecting the actual phone to the internet they were far more helpful than the company who sold me the hardware and managed to resolve the problems in a short time. Whats more they are cheaper than my previous provider. I am so impressed by this company. I wish I had found them ages ago!

Voipfone offers a good product, with flexible options and with good features. Voipfone technical support is generally able to solve any issues quickly.

I recently had a lot of trouble with BT, no this is not going to be a rant. Anyway I needed a new phone number and was looking for a phone I can move about and connect to the Internet. Voipfone told me exactly what I needed and explained how it would all work. I brought two new phones from them. The Snorm 710 & the Gigaset S510 Pro's and they have been fantastic. It is a much more professional system and hopefully no more missed calls ! Their prices are very competitive and so far the service ( Phone ) have been top quality and has not once been down. Truly recommend these guys they make everything so simple and put a smile on your face ! A breath of fresh air !!! Thank you Voipfone and hope you continue the great work. 5 Stars.

having worked in this industry most of my adult life, it is refreshing to find a company that genuinely has figured out that customer care and support is important.
Whenever I have had a query, it has been resolved quickly and efficiently, most often whilst I am on a call to them.
The service isn't without fault, I don't like the way the have set up the call queuing for example, but they are miles ahead of the competition.

Couldn't be happier with the time and effort that the customer service representatives put into explaining the various options: thorough, capable and polite.
