Having been using Voipfone for over 10 years for both business and domestic use (predominantly for incoming calls) I rate the company, their service and their customer service/technical support as top of the game.
Free calls to other voipfone numbers, being able to dial by account number but my absolute favourite features are their network answer phone which e-mails voicemail and the 166 telemarketer line and black list.
Set up at home to drop all international and non-geographical calls cuts down virtually all junk calls and should one get through the 1471 services allows the number to be added to the black list which is invaluable at work to get rid of the endless telepests.
Always nice to find a customer or business contact also using voipfone though can initially be a little confusing when the phone rings with their account number as caller ID and extension number if set up but it also means you then have a direct line to their phone avoiding automated switchboard etc. :) :)
Invaluable provider if you use VoiceOver I.P. for telephone calls.

Have been keen on voipfone and using for around 5 years now in a busy office with growing number of users. Our service dropped midway through a major client call today to my great dismay. On contacting customer services it was confirmed to relate to the automatic top up payment - for which the ‘trigger level’ was set to £5. Since the call was more than £5, the call dropped partway through, even though the account then processed an automatic topup. This seems a bit counterintuitive to me and not a great service level for a business user.

We've been using Voipfone for a couple of years now across two separate offices and the service and support has been exceptional. We had a minor issue today and David from the support team remoted into the system and did a fantastic job of solving the issue. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to any other business using VOIP.

Great service. I had a problem with my Snom phone and Mark at Voipfone support spent hours with me, over several days, looking for creative solutions. In the end we resolved it. He rang at the time he promised, and was prepared to stay late or reschedule lunch to sort it. Really helpful.

We've been using Voipfone as our VoIP solution for a few years now and what a great service they offer. We migrated from a physical BT PBX system in the office to this solution.

What a huge difference in both price and ease of functionality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good VoIP virtual PBX system. Also really rate their virtual PA for an overflow solution.

Been using them for a few years now, their admin portal is just excellent, had an application where I needed to setup a temp extension and temp phone line for one week, total cost about £3. Instead of the nightmare with other companies having to ring to cancel or reconfigure, did this all through the control panel. ACE!

This company is absolutely superb! I have used Voipfone for 3 and half years now. If you have a question (and I've had lots), all of their staff are highly trained. They've never had to pass me over to a colleague or put me hold, each and every staff member has known the answer to my query.

I spoke with Kayleigh this afternoon and she went above and beyond. While I was on the live chat, she was testing setups for me with her own SNOM handset and then provided me correct step by step instructions. She had found a solution to my problem within minutes and by problem, I mean a problem with me tinkering with my handsets. Nothing to do with their service!

This is a company which not only gives the proper technical training to their staff but also have excellent customer service skills. I have spoken with many tech firms in recent years and none are as polite and technically minded as the folks at Voipfone.

Good old fashioned customer support, oh and their prices are outstanding as well! I would honestly pay more, knowing I have this fantastic backup and support included.

I'm a very happy customer and will not be looking elsewhere for VOIP solutions.

Given that most people think that Voipfone are great, I'm just one more voice saying yes they are!

Great pricing and the customer service is excellent.... say no more.

Very soon after starting to use Voipfone, I realised I could get better rates from other high quality call providers.

Voipfone refused to refund £20 of credit on my account. Although this was in their Ts & Cs, it seemed more sensible (and more customer-friendly) to refund credit that hadn't been used, to a customer who had joined Voipfone just 10 days prior, and then realised it was costing her more than other like-for-like services.

I was also disappointed to be cut off mid-phone call, when my credit ran out. I had an 'auto top up' on the account, so expected that my credit would always be above zero. I didn't realise that if a phone call coincided with me using up my credit, the call would be disconnected, and it would take several minutes for the credit top up to be activated. This makes Voipfone's pay-as-you-go service not ideal for professional use.

I had a client who was looking for a conference phone but only had a small budget. I found some products that would suit their price range so I wanted to check that it was compatable with their voipfone system.

I spoke with Aaron on the online chat facility who was able to inform me that the device would would but not the best. He then continued to recommmend products that they currently had online on their system that are suited to my clients price range.

I could not fault the customer service & I will continue to recommmend VoipFone to all of my clients.

Calls answered, very helpful knowledgeable staff.. even better if you have technical issue, they have remote support software allowing them to diagnose & 'fix' your problem over the Internet! It's like having your own brilliant IT support function ...

PS Excellent & fair pricing on line number rental, calls & international, why stick with BT when you can have a much better & lower cost service!!

An excellent, well priced service, used to provide a flexible VOIP telephone service for our small charity. The customer service on the occasional time we've had to use it has been fantastic. Many thanks to Aaron today, who sorted out an issue(turned out to be a dodgy cable at our end) for us today and showed extreme patience - great service.

I am looking for a new provider as BT have decided to do away with their VoIP service.

Called Voipfone today and what a wonderful, refreshing experience speaking to John.

I went through everything from moving our numbers over, costs and how the service works and how it would benefit me and my business.

As first calls to a new company go, this was excellent, if only other companies could get this right.

I thoroughly recommend Voipfone for business VOIP telephone services and they provide some of the best support I have experienced with any business, let alone telecom. I have used them for 3 years and they have provided my company with exceptional call quality throughout, as well as easy to manage call menus and account setup. Best of all is their customer service, they pick up the phone quickly and you always speak to someone who is very knowledgable about their product and able to help.

We have used Voipfone for over 5 years and honestly can say we have always had excellent service. The live chat function on the website means someone is always on hand to help and always happy to remotely log into help at any time.
