customer service is the worst. You will not be able to speak with a live agent ....ever!!!!

They said 13.99 but many hidden charges and bill went to $43. No proper support. tried for couple of times and have to move out from service.

For a Small business owner your time is limited, this company provides the worst customer service, they take all your time and ask to many questions, your time is not valued. I was attempting to obtain service from Vonage but I was completely turned away by the call center, unable to understand them. I just needed to set up a new account. I will take my business elsewhere. Oh did I mention, they source the call center to India and other countries. I’m not comfortable providing my personal information to any company that sources out of the U.S.

Terrible customer service. Over 48h to get a simple response. If they reply they are very rude and not helping at all.

I have used Vonage for almost 2 years now, so far so good. I really like that they assign the personal consultant to the customers. My consultant is Gilbert Hebbert, he is very knowledgeable and helpful, for whatever problem I have, I can always contact him. It is personal connection to me for this feature, because they already know who you are.

Gilbert was personable, friendly and helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in getting set up. We had some difficult with the virtual assistant set up but am confident we’ll be able to sort those out in short order.

SOHO is difficult to get the BIG phone experience and keep the required management reasonable. VB has the answer to improved business to consumer connection with VOIP phones, Desktop app, cell phone app so we can never miss a call. VALUE, Service, advice and a dashboard for me to control the setup as needs change!

horrific chat support only -- You lose service completely so many times each day and have to reset your router to get it back. STAY THE HELL AWAY.

No follow up. Winston assured me that he would be my personal representative to contact for any problems. When I sent him an email, I did not get any response. He did not respond as promised. Very frustrating experience working with Vonage. Terrible customer service. I work with one technician, they assure me that issue is being looked at, then poof! They disappear with no soltuion.

Gilbert is great. He walks me through the whole process and allows me to take my time fully understanding the process. He always takes my call and makes time for me. 5/5 stars. Highly Recommend
