We strongly warn against this tour…
We strongly warn against this tour operator! We don't usually post negative reviews, but in this case, we're making an exception. We booked a hotel room through Voyage Privé. This hotel is a new opening. A week before our trip, I asked whether the hotel was open and whether all facilities were available. This was confirmed to me in writing. This was extremely important to us; otherwise, we would have changed our reservation. The spa and fitness area, in particular, was of paramount importance to us. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were these areas completely closed and not scheduled to open for another two months, but a large portion of the advertised restaurants were also unavailable. Furthermore, construction work was still underway all over the hotel. As a result, we had to endure enormous noise pollution every single day, both in our room and by the pool. We’re not getting any compensation! We’re now taking legal action. Other couples we met at the hotel are facing the same issues. So stay away from this untrustworthy provider!

Best time in Mykonos
Everything went smooth and stress free from the reservation, updates, till our trip in May to Mykonos.
The hotel was exactly like in the pictutes, even exceeded our expectations.
Overall i highly recomend booking through Voyage Prive, they are simply the best.

I was a repeat Voyage Privé customer
I was a repeat Voyage Privé customer, but this experience has completely changed my view of the company. Faced with a genuine and unavoidable professional training conflict, Voyage Privé showed no meaningful flexibility, repeatedly relied on generic policy responses, and would not allow me to make a formal complaint at this stage. I felt that my loyalty and individual circumstances counted for nothing. I would not recommend Voyage Privé to friends or family and am unlikely to use the company again.
Just to give you an example of how incompetent they are, look at the response they have provided below, clearly a generic response from the 7th of july, to this date I have not had any communication from them, let it be very clear that when they respond with this on trust pilot there is no intention to follow up

Bad Experience
Unfortunately we won’t be using this company again - we’ve had 2 trips, Sri Lanka Guided tour in December 2025 - excellent and the last one in Greece June 2026, not so excellent - we raised a few valid issues during and post the trip, we had a response, was asked for more info, responded, but nothing has been resolved from Voyage Privé or via their Greek partners after 2 weeks of patience. Our issues were with communication, language, itinerary changes/timing / logistical issues and a lack of general customer focus / lack of care for the customer when we tried to raise concerns or issues. We think it has a lot to do with the local partners involved and the timescales of the trip, nevertheless - we are not paying over £3,200 for a substandard level of service. Choose carefully.
