We recently returned from a holiday in Italy, booked through Voyage Privé. Our trip included flights, transfers, ferries, boat and coach trips, all of which were incredibly well organized and provided excellent value for money. We had great communication throughout the entire process, both in the UK and Italy. We spoke to other travelers who have used Voyage Privé multiple times in the past, and they all had nothing but positive experiences.

I can’t imagine booking with anyone else in the future.

The recommended hotel was fantastic, and communication with Voyage Privé was excellent—always attentive without being intrusive. A wonderful experience. We will definitely book again!

This company is a scam. If you purchase a package with flights from them, they wait 3 days before booking the flights then claim the price of your chosen flights has increased considerably, in our case by over £3600, because they say it is based off live availability. However upon checking their website they are still selling the original holiday and flights at the original cost and refuse to explain why they are misselling holidays at prices they are never going to honour. Avoid!

Sent me all the information I had needed in time prior to travel and sending an emergency contact number just before travel was a nice touch. Everything went smoothly and the hotel was great with clean room, helpful staff and nice breakfast. I can confidently recommend VP to anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience with Voyage Privé.

I have been a loyal Voyage Privé customer for years, which makes this experience even more frustrating.
I contacted Voyage Privé regarding my Jordan trip because of the security situation in the Middle East and the uncertainty surrounding travel to the region. I was proactive and raised my concerns long before departure.

I spoke with their customer service on 16 April, 4 May, 5 May, and 1 June. I also sent emails on 5 May, 27 May, 29 May, and 1 June. Throughout this process, I followed all instructions provided by Voyage Privé and supplied the requested evidence, including screenshots of cancelled Brussels Airlines and TUI flights connected to my trip.

During one of the recorded phone calls, a Voyage Privé agent told me that, because I was a long-term and loyal customer, he would try to accelerate the cancellation process for my booking. I was also given the clear impression that cancellations to Jordan were being handled due to security concerns and that my case was awaiting management approval.
Based on these discussions, I waited for Voyage Privé to process my request instead of making alternative arrangements. Weeks went by without any final decision.

Now, only a few days before departure, the situation has completely changed.
Furthermore, the security situation has continued to deteriorate. On 10–11 June 2026, Iranian missiles directed toward targets in Jordan were intercepted by Jordanian air defence systems, with debris from intercepted missiles reported to have fallen on Jordanian territory. These incidents were confirmed by the Jordanian military and reported by major international media outlets. While they occurred shortly before my scheduled departure, they further demonstrate that the concerns I had been raising with Voyage Privé for weeks regarding regional security and travel uncertainty were neither hypothetical nor exaggerated.

Instead of receiving a timely cancellation decision, I was effectively expected to buy new flights at last-minute prices and travel to a destination located in a region affected by ongoing geopolitical tensions and security concerns.

What I find unacceptable is that I raised this issue more than a month before departure, provided all requested documents, participated in multiple phone calls, sent numerous emails, and acted in good faith throughout the process. Despite this, I was left waiting while receiving inconsistent information and no clear resolution.

A travel company should provide clear, consistent, and responsible communication, especially when customers are concerned about travelling to a destination affected by regional instability. Instead, I feel that I was misled into believing that my case was being actively processed and that a cancellation solution was forthcoming, only to find myself days before departure without a satisfactory outcome.
After years of using Voyage Privé, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I cannot recommend a service that handles customer concerns in such a manner.

Always like value for money , and you always deliver

We have used Voyage Privé before and have always had a good experience. Our recent experience was a little stressful when we got to the airport and our luggage which was included in the price had not been communicated to the airline so we had to pay both ways. This was quickly reimbursed by Voyage Privé once I had emailed them.

Company was top notch. We had a great stress free holiday. All the relevant information was given to us at the right time.

Voyage Prive is our go to travel agent when we book any holidays or short trips so we have just returned from a sailing trip in Montenegro. Everything was exceptionally well organised prior to departure and we had the most fantastic relaxing holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
