Wonderful Holiday
Voyage Prive is our go to travel agent when we book any holidays or short trips so we have just returned from a sailing trip in Montenegro. Everything was exceptionally well organised prior to departure and we had the most fantastic relaxing holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Really wanted to write a great review…
Really wanted to write a great review but just feel let down and frustrated,
Holiday in Nice. First, get a text day before saying hand luggage had to go in the hold , frustrating as on this holiday, we could only have hand luggage, Flight from LBA at 6:30 am to Amsterdam, connecting flight 2:50 pm so with time difference a 6 hour wait between flights!!! There was one out of LBA at 10:00 am so not sure why we had to be on such an early flight. Whilst sat in Amsterdam checked transfer, not included and only way to the resort, an Uber (which took as long as the flight )at €140 one way and €350 back so €490 holiday.( just edited as didn’t know till today the price of the transport back to the airport) Got to the hotel, no way is this a 4 star, I’d be pushed to give it 3. Food is below par and cold , same food day in and day out, plastic tables and chairs on very uneven , trip hazard tiles. Paint peeling in the tiny bathroom, mould, it’s very disappointing, The balcony is covered by a huge tree. Blocks all daylight and attracts mosquitoes. Won’t be rushing to book through them again (Booking reference ZW3FUQ)

Great choice of holidays and great pricing !
Booked with Voyage Prive previously and always found them to offer great holidays at equally good prices.
Booked for Palma and received the documentation almost immediately but realised the names on the booking were incorrectly written. It was costly to rectify and was told that’s how I had submitted the information therefore had little choice other than to pay the increase as it would be costly also to cancel the booking. This did put a bit of a dampener on the holiday.
Hotel was close to the airport however we thought we had booked transfers as that’s what we always do , only to find at 1am we had not transfer and couldn’t get hold of anyone even though we had a 24hr contact on our booking .
Once arrived , hotel was great and directly opposite a fantastic beach so perfect location.
Staff in the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, really pleasant , efficient and friendly.
The downside was the food. Food in the restaurant was cold in the evening, little choice and lacked certain elements. Complained and waited for the Hotel to contact Voyage Prive to approve removal of the Half Board to enable us to dine out .
After 2/3,days of waiting we gave up and continued to eat in the hotel which continued to be lukewarm at best but choice did improve if only slightly .
Would def recommend the hotel but would not book the Half Board and would even go out for breakfast too.

Do not book with this company - scammers
Do not book with this company - THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE. I signed up for a weekend. There was a data breach in which they gave my details to a third party who tried to scam me for money. They did not even apologise for this.
Secondly, it was advertised as a city break in Barcelona. The hotel is 3 hour away from Barcelona and they will not do anything about this - false advertising as they were recommending dinner options and walking tours in Barcelona.

Booking was straight-forward
Booking was straight-forward. Advance information was quite comprehensive but as each new piece of information was added it was within information already sent rather than as a separate document, which would have been much clearer.
The holiday was billed as 2 nights in Syracuse area and 3 nights in Palermo area but the first 2 nights were in a hotel 86km away from Syracuse!!!!
The hotels were large but of good quality.

Chateau Rihanfa

Room we were given (Kate's) was very hot as we were in the middle of the heat wave. We had stayed in this room previously but it was in September so the heat was not a problem. WE asked to be moved the following morning to a cooler room, which was much more pleasant to sleep in. Parts of the Chateau is now needing some refurbishment, but I believe they have just been taken over so perhaps this will happen. All in all a pleasant stay with very helpful staff.

Nice n Easy
I found the site easy to use and to book. My only downside was the rep explained that most of the trips were in either French or Spanish also so were her texts. Any contact with the main office was in English and no problem. I would certainly recommend Voyager Prive and have booked with them for our next holiday.
