I've been buying from Vuse for a while now and have never had an issue until my last delivery. The package was empty due to falling out of the cardboard sleeve. I reached out to Vuse and they were absolutely great! They sent me a replacement really quickly and included freebies for the inconvenience. Communication was great and problem resolved quickly. I have been using Vuse products for 2 years and had an issue with the courier not providing a delivery date. The Vuse staff answered my E mails promptly and professionally. They also sent me two packs free to compensate for inconvenience

I ordered next day delivery and the delivery company kept saying it was delayed the a week later admitted they had lost it. I spoke to a few people at Vuse who were friendly and helpful and a replacement has been sent.
I have used Vuse for awhile now and never had any problems this was just down to the delivery company.

The customer service is outstanding. Most recent package was lost by the courier and I have been initially liaising over the phone with a lady whose name I unfortunately do not recall. After that I was communicating with Karen over email. Her responses were 100% customer focused, courteous and friendly. The support team was a pleasure to deal with and a replacement for my lost order is on its way. Brilliant.

I have been using this company for a few years now.
The tobacco is much cheaper than in the shops.
You receive a free device every 6 months of continuous subscriptions.
When I had a problem with a delivery it was dealt with quickly. When my discount code did not work, this was also dealt with quickly. I have never had to wait for them to answer the phone. It is answered promptly and pleasantly. Telephone operators very helpful with any query.
