This is my last ever VW. I have a VW T6 shuttle 2019 T6, 30k on the clock. MOT and 3rd service picked up on a crank shaft seal weep and slight water pump leak, my garage of choice a registered VW... See more

Brand of decent cars
Considering they were originally funded by Hitler, VW offer some decent cars at decent prices. Assistance isn't the best, but german built things are meant to last.
Appalling MOT and service at VW West London
I bought a new VW from Chiswick in 2015. Service history to date with VW. In July 2020 the car had a major service and MOT and both passed . 2 weeks later had tyre pressures checked at local garage prior to a very long journey, 3 tyres not roadworthy -cord showing and very badly cracked. No response from the dealership until I wrote to CEO. They do not accept liability and say it is up to the individual assessor. I have a video of cracking to tyres which is quite significant. Quality of the work, the attitude of after service staff and servicing very poor, will not go back. I have no confidence in the dealership.
Still great after 10 years
My VW just turned 10 years and I am still totally satisfied with it! Despite the gear box (auto dsg 7) broke 2 times, the after-sales service took care of it (1st time I didn't pay, even if the warranty was already expired!)
The car is overseas where I live half time and I deal with VW Germany directly and every time I had fast response and assistance. And my car is still in very good shape after 10 years, high quality materials. I truly recommend VW cars - Danke!
I am now driving my third VW
I am now driving my third VW. The CC was a great car and I miss owning it, but now drive the discontinued Alltrack. So happy I bought it when I did. At 10,000 miles now, no problems and no complaints. What a great driving wagon.
Dishonest dealers and dody quality... AVOID
Trying to complain about the way I have been treated at a dealer and cannot do this without taking my V5 and two forms of ID to the dealership to confirm I own the car! What a joke
The VW brand is not what it was - I am sick of the way they treat people and their cars are not the quality they once were..
