VWFS Rent-a-Car - Birmingham Reviews 

It is the first time I have hired a car and must say booking online with VWFS Rent-A-Car was very straight forward. First tried booking with another company but the process didn't seem as straightforward as VWFS. Upon pick up I was seen to by Yas and told that the car I had booked was unavailable and was offered a different one and was very pleased with the alternative one given. Overall a very good service from Yas and would highly recommend anyone to use this company for renting their next car as I will certainly be doing it.

The staff, Raheel and his colleague, were very helpful and kind. The process went smoothly. Sure it won't be the last time to rent a car from VWFS rental.

Renting from VWFS was made easy by the wonderful and helpful Yas and raheel. They were very professional and quick in processing everything, if you ever need to rent make sure to go to those guys!

A rented a VW T Roc from the Birmingham branch at a great price. Polite and great customer service from Raheel, who was kind enough to refund difference when I returned the car with much more fuel than it initially came with. I would recommend highly

The car was great, fairly priced and the team was friendly and helpful. The location is very good, next to the Birmingham Ring Road which makes it really easy to go in any direction.

Excellent service from Yas at vw Birmingham

I recently hired a Volkswagen Arteon from the Birmingham Location and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The car was almost new and in excellent condition, providing a smooth and comfortable drive. The pricing was very competitive, making it a great value for the quality of service received.

They try to steal your money because of small things.
Avis and Europe car is the best. I highly recommend.
Good rates and no hassle at the end of the contract.
To extend the contract for one day the agent called me and forced me to give my card details on the phone. Even cvv also.

Professional service. Exceptional value for money. Only disappointment on this occasion was that the 7 seater Tiguan was not fully valeted and I found rubbish left on rear seats.

Raheel was very busy on this day but still managed to provide a smooth and fast check out with no delays. I will only use rent a car

I rented a VW Tiguan for a week, and while the car was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and full of great features—I had a couple of hiccups at first. I couldn’t figure out how to open the petrol cap or turn on the Lane Assist feature. I called the Birmingham branch, and they sorted it out for me in less than five minutes! The staff are super helpful and patient. After that, the car was a dream to drive. Definitely recommend both the Tiguan and the fantastic service at VWFS Rent-a-Car!
