Raheel and Davina…. well what can I say except the best customer service you will ever get. I am an international renter and I always rent from here when in Bham area. Never any issues which gives you peace of mind. If I could rate higher I would. Excellent!

Amazing service, very efficient, the manager at the Birmingham branch Raheel was very friendly and professional, went out of his way to ensure the car I was receiving was cleaned properly. Much better renting experience here than other places I have rented from. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I tried originally to get a vehicle from Solihull division and spoke to someone completely inept/useless called Chelsea. Didn’t find them helpful at all and luckily after calling this branch they exceeded my expectation.
Happy to say this branch bham was perfect and Davina made the process seamless.

Had the pleasure of renting a car from both Davina and Raheel. I Booked a Volkswagen Golf online and was over the moon as that is what i received rather than 'something similar' like other hire companies i have rented from in the past. A low excess and deposit and a swift pick up process made this an amazing experience and i'll definately be back again, Thanks guys!

A 5 star car renting experience! The process was easy, clear and concise. The Staff Davina and Raheel were both incredibly polite and understood my needs. The vehicle was brand new and immaculate inside and out. Overall a fantastic service and I know where i'll be going for all my future car rentals!

They give me a car that kept cutting off and every time i tried contacting them they would ignore me, finally swapped the cars then this car had mechanical problems after 1 week very unprofessional people

I booked and paid for a car rental on Sunday dec 11th. I have paid 73 pounds.
An assistant rang me in the 12 th and told me I could not have the car I booked because it was faulty. I said I wanted a refund and I booked enterprise rentals who were fantastic.I have since had several phone calls with this company and have not had a refund.Appalling service and still no refund. This should happen automatically.

Throughout the whole process from arranging the booking up to when I was due to collect on the day has been an absolutely flawless experience I was kept informed and communicated professionally, Upon collection the vehicle was valeted to a good standard and the overall experience I found to be a exceptionally fast and efficient service. I highly recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car Birmingham and to be more specific the outstanding service which was received from Raheel!!

A friendly and seamless rental experience. The car was in great shape and served us well over the weekend we had it. The documentation and formalities involved were minimal and delt with without any undue delay. The only shortfall was that the interior was not entirely cleaned before being handed over. Nothing that 15 mins with a vaccum cleaner didn't fix but still a small detail that marred an otherwise excellent experience.
