what can i say,,have been to vw on several occassions and John has been first class all the way with the hire of a van . hes a very polite member of vw and always has a welcoming smile,,,,so yes if ever you need to hire a van/vehicle then vw are your go to ,,,,first class yet again

Great experience with VWFS in Bristol. The team were knowledgeable, breezy and happy to help. The van was clean, new and a dream to drive. Easy to collect and drop off the van. Way better than my experiences with Enterprise!

The VW van was simply amazing. All features worked, and staff took the time to explain exactly how to use them. Mon Motors facility was easy to find, clean, and I could enjoy a complimentary beverage.

I had initially hired a larger van, but I contacted the staff to request a one that would be easier to drive on small streets. My request was fulfilled.

Such an easy experience from booking online to collection and return. I hired an ID Buzz as I really wanted to see if it would work for us as a family before I look to buy one. Service was great, I ended up extending my booking for a week. Buzz was shiny on collection and fully charged. John was helpful with all I needed to know, would recommend!
