As always, nice and easy booking the van through to collecting it. Jon is always excellent looking after us when we hire twice a year.

The hire process very simple. I rang a week beforehand with a load of questions and each was answered immediately. Pick up and drop off was easy and John was a delight to deal with. Would hire again.

Fantastic and friendly service from John. Latest transporter vans which are comfortable and spacious for 9 people .

Need a large van for kitchen pickup.
Got a brand new large spacious easy to drive one.

We rented a van to accommodate family visiting from abroad. The van was clean, well maintained except for an annoying rattle in the offside rear door! It was good value for money and did what we hoped for.

Good communication

I recently rented a VW Golf for three weeks when my car broke down. John was an absolute star and helped me so much in a stressful situation - the car was brilliant and I was able to extend the hire period easily when the garage took longer than expected. Brilliant personable customer service, responsive communication and flexibility which made a difficult set of circumstances much easier. The cost of hire was also better than other big hire companies. Thank you so much John!

Great service, super efficient and good value too

You don’t expect a luxury car level experience when you hire a van, but that’s what you get from VW Bristol. From reception (offered a coffee) through the surroundings to the friendly helpful service from John it was faultless. I was given an upgraded vehicle and no fuss was made, I didn’t even know until I returned it.
The van itself was immaculate and the price comparable with much lower quality service and vehicles. Will definitely use again.
