Not great
Very friendly staff but not great service. Took 50 mins to collect a car I had booked. No one looked at the car when I returned it then rang to say there was damage and would cost me £75. Informed me they would send picture of proof via email which never arrived.
The staff were lovely but I can't recommend the service.

Great experience, will use again
John at Bristol branch was very friendly, polite and helpful. All cars are less then a year old, competitive rate, unlimited mileage and low deposit. Will definitely use again soon.

Brilliant service and simple process
We were due to go on holiday and our car broke down so had to find a hire car quickly, after going through numerous websites we found VWFS. The process was so easy from start to finish, the car was excellent and John in the Bristol branch was so helpful and made us feel really at ease. Would definitely use and recommend to anyone.
