The staff were very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was amazing and smooth drive. Very easy process to rent your vehicle online. Definitely best place to rent a vehicle.

The booking was handled very efficiently.It took less than 10 min for the process and I was on the road.Almost new Golf, new model as well.
Had a incident when the side mirror was knocked by unknown vehicle in the parking. Went to VW and it was replaced, again in less than 10 minutes.
Returned the vehicle today.
Very efficient and friendly service. We will continue using the great service at VW Rent-A- Car.
Recommend to all family members and friends as well.

Excellent experience - prices are lower compared to the bigger rental agencies, but the car we received was as good as new, and very clean as well. Did not purchase additional excess waiver and received my full deposit back faster than any other company I've rented with before. As a final touch, was given a lift to the nearest station after the car was returned.
