I was impressed with the professionalism and friendly attitudes of car rental staff members I dealt with both at the times of collection and returning of the vehicle. Moreso with the amiable consideration in allowing for an extended time in holding on to vehicle, which reduced the pressure of my rushing to return the vehicle at the original due time. Finally, their vehicles are new and well maintained. I will definitely use the company's rentacar services again in the future and also recommend to friends and relatives.

Previously rented 7/9 seater for 4 generation family UK holiday from other rental companies. VWFS were the only ones I could find renting the VW Multivan rather rather than a VW transporter derived people carrier which I've used in the past and very good price. The service was great will use VWFS rental service again.

It was a great experience renting from them. It was our first time and won't be our last. The car was in good condition and everything was made easy, from picking up to dropping off and service was great too. The only small point was that the car didn't come with a reverse sensor which we thought is standard even in the most basic cars these days. If we had known this we would have taken a different model.

We had a really positive experience with VWFS at Colindale despite it was a last minute booking of a spacious 7-seater which is quite difficult to find. The staff was really helpful, rental manager Rahman gave us a couple of brilliant tips and his instructions were really simple to follow. No extra fees, unlimited mileage + the overall price was really lower that we had in similar rentals in our town. The only one thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the windscreen from the inside, but it was quite easy to fix. In general, it was one of the best experiences with car rentals we ever had, thanks a lot!

This was the 3rd time that I have hired an 8/9 seat van from Citygate in Colindale and the service has always been excellent. The collection and return service was very quick and the van was very clean inside/outside. Will continue to hire from Citygate for my family holiday van hire.

First time using Volkswagen Financial Services ((VWFS) to hire a car through. They were considerably cheaper for the 10 day rental than more traditional rental car companies, and in our case, more conveniently located.

Was upgraded free-of-charge to a new 23 plate VW Golf with only 4000 miles on the odometer. Lovely car to drive and very economical.

Good service from the Rental Team although a longer initial wait collect the car due to a number of other people also collecting cars.
Returning the car took less than 5 minutes.

Price was very competitive. And they offered me free upgrade to a better car with automated gear. Also, it did not take too long to get and to return a car. And the location is much more convenient for me than airports were other rental companies sit.

Great experience with this branch. Gary was great, very helpful and friendly. All the vehicles controls were explained to me, even supplied with a handbook with information on the campervan. The campervan was spotless inside and out on pickup, literally looked brand new. Price I paid was also exceptional value for money compared to other rental companies. Definitely a much better experience than other rental companies I’ve used in the past. Will definitely be using this place again.
