Great experience with this branch. Gary was great, very helpful and friendly. All the vehicles controls were explained to me, even supplied with a handbook with information on the campervan. The campervan was spotless inside and out on pickup, literally looked brand new. Price I paid was also exceptional value for money compared to other rental companies. Definitely a much better experience than other rental companies I’ve used in the past. Will definitely be using this place again.

Great experience with VWFS Rentacar again. This was now my third hire and the rental price is always good value and the service great. The vehicles are always fresh, clean and well looked after. Ray at Colindale in particular is always friendly and knowledgeable. He makes the whole process very easy.

I picked up a car from VW Colindale for a 3 day rental.
Car was ready on time and very clean. The gentleman who dealt with me was very polite and helpful. He explained clearly the rental agreement, the car features etc.

VWFS consistently offers a better class of car for lower prices than I can find anywhere else. I have used them in three different locations and been upgraded twice.

I have got to know the staff at Colindale as a regular customer and they provide a cheerful and efficient service. The only disadvantage is that their locations are not in town centres or airports. I hire cars nearly every month and I don't mind a short train, bus or taxi ride to reach them.

They have been my first choice since I discovered them two years ago.
