Best car rental I used in the entire world no kidding

Wonderful friendly staff - it began here. Lovely new clean car exactly as requested, that ran flawlessly for our week's hire.
I will be back to VWFS next time in Durham.

Collection was easy and Sarah was lovely to deal with. I ended up needing to return the car an hour later than the scheduled time and a quick phone call was all it took to arrange this with no additional charge. will definitely be hiring again.

Was greeted by a lovely lady at the front of house who offered me a hot drink, while she went and informed Sarah I was here,
Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah. Car was ready and waiting for me to collect even when I turned up over an hour early.

As always Sarah goes the extra mile, greeted with a smile and the offer of a coffee. Car ready and clean and on return Sarah always asks if the trip was okay and the offer of a coffee. This is the personal touch not offered by many and on my part gratefully received. Thank you as always.

Sarah is a superstar, nothing is too much trouble for her. The car was spotless and ready to go. I have used other well known rental companies in the past but I wont be using anyone other than VWFS Rent-a-car from now on.

After a 30 hour trip from Australia, Sarah was fantastic when picking up my car, which I had for 7 weeks. The VW T-roc was like new and very easy to drive. Drop off was extremely easy. Would definitely use again when next in the UK.
