VWFS Rent-a-Car - Durham Reviews 

I found this rental website by accident and hired a 5 seaters for 5 days and it was easy to book online. They did not hard sell you anything during our collection, unlike other rental companies we have had experienced previously. The collection and return was very smooth with no issue. The car was very clean too. Very pleased with our rental experience, will definitely go with this if we need to rent a car in future. The rental price and excess was good compared to all others that I have searched too.

Service was excellent, Sarah sorted us out in quick manner and vehicles are top spec, it was a pleasure .

What an amazing customer service and experience. The lady at the customer desk was very very helpful and went out of the way to facilitate. Definitely would visit them next time and highly recommended to all.

First time we have rented from Pullman rent-a-car and what can I say. The service was top class! I think a lot of other companies (not just car companies) should take a leaf out of their book on customer service. It was fantastic. (Sorry I can not remember the name of the two guys who served us, but they were very friendly and had fantastic customer service skills which is a rare find). We hired a Tiguan to take 6 of us to Cadbury World. Lovely Car and comfortable ride. Will most definitely use again. Thank you

I needed a hire car when my own vehicle broke down but was unsure where to turn. I'd had a bad experience with other car hire companies and when a google search turned up 'Rent-a-car' I feared for the worst. Once I realised it was actually a VW company I decided to give it a go and I was not disappointed. The booking experience, pick up and drop off were easy and trouble free. An excellent service that I'd definitely use again and happily recommend.

Brilliant experience in every way. Very helpful staff. The car was in great shape. It performed very well during our 10 day stay in Scotland, and they refunded the deposit right away. I'll rent from them again. A+!
