Efficient and quite straight forward process. Superior car to the one on offer, friendly and efficient information from the responsible in the Glasgow office. Great value for money.

Overall very good experience. Skoda car performances was superb along with great services provided by Henry's staff. Quite reasonable charges .. Staff at every level was quite happy .

Very reasonable price, unlimited mileage, plus I got a free upgrade to a larger car as there wasn't a manual Fabia available. Pluses: great customer service, super- efficient call out service (there was a non-urgent sensor warning on the car a couple of days in) who were able to do a call out the following morning when it suited me, very clean car. Minuses: Bit of a long wait when I turned up on time to collect the car, rather a lot of "assists" on the car I hired - will turn some of them off next time. NB: The car was full of diesel when I collected it, so didn't have the empty tank issue reported by others. I will definitely be using again.

I am a first time customer. I thought the hire cost was too good to be true when making comparisons with the usual suspects. A phone call reassured me that there was no excess mileage charge and that the business terms really were straightforward. They went out of their way to accommodate a change to my plans, scuppered by the people I intended to visit being forced to self-isolate, and did not see this as an opportunity to cancel the booking and keep my deposit. When I went to collect the car, the paperwork was efficiently dealt with and I was delighted to find it a clean and fresh low mileage example. A quick and helpful briefing of the car's various controls followed and soon I was on my way. I believe I returned the vehicle with more fuel on board than when I collected it but I do not begrudge a single drop. I will not hesitate in hiring a vehicle here again should the need arise and wish all concerned good luck in maintaining such impressive standards!

Real good value for money and an upgraded car as they didn’t have a Fabia.
Collection easy and simple, price was good and service all in all from reception thru-out was good.
I was early in but no problem and car was set to go ASAP but, really, an empty washer bottle? Needed to fill this myself and yes, agree with other comments ref the fuel situation, they won on the return volume but that aside, could only recommend their service and selection of vehicles.
As others said, no upselling and what you pay is what you get.
All in all, easy pickup, central location, good price and good service.

I would not recommend this company as I experienced a few problems on my trip. They rent out cars with an empty tank, meaning you must pay for a full tank of petrol for long journeys from the offset (from my experience companies usually rent cars with a full tank, which is far safer and more logical!) Even when I filled up a full tank the system notified only 2 days later that the car required further refuelling (which was unusual seeing as I had filled it to the maximum). Other issues included low tyre pressure and after sorting the problem, the system still didn't register the issue being solved meaning I had to search online how to reset it since there was no manual provided. The car however was very good and was easy to drive.

Everything was very straightforward and went as smooth as silk. Prompt, polite and efficient.

The rental price was about 40% less than my usual car hire place, as most put up their prices post Covid.
Communication was good, everything was easy.
There was a bit of a wait when collecting the car, but it was a nice car (Skoda Karoq), so I was happy.
The staff were pleasant throughout.
The car needed oil during my hire (and it was provided under their AA recovery programme very promptly)
I will definitely be hiring again from them next time.

Hired a 7 seater Kodiaq from Charles for our family holiday to Cornwall and what a beautiful car making our holiday that bit more special. Charles was fantastic from his service to his accommodating manner answering all the questions I threw in his directed.
