I have been using VWFS everytime I travel. I’ve always found it difficult renting a car from other companies but could not believe how simple and straight forward (no stress) it was here. Excellent service by Shairaz and really gave the best customer experience! This is and always will be my go to place to rent a car. Hassle free and have always been provided with great (& clean) cars. Thank you Shairaz for providing excellent service and excellent cars. I cross the Atlantic several times a year to visit family. I normally rent a car at Manchester airport and drive jet lagged through morning rush hour traffic home to Leeds. This time I decided to go by train and rent locally, a much better idea and my "go to" from now on. VWFS was a breath of fresh air in comparison to
the sharks at the airport. Significantly cheaper, local and convenient, no high pressure insurance pitches and recognition that my credit card covers most of the insurance extras.
Service was quick, friendly and hassle free. Return the same. Highly recommend, especially for longer term rentals

I had a pleasant experience with the entire process of booking, delivery, and the return, Shiraz is an absolute gentleman and the entire process was seamless, needless to say, the Vehicle itself was spotless and almost brand new, that was a pleasant surprise. I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. I ordered the hire car on the Sunday evening and collected it Monday morning. The service online and in the dealership was effective and efficient and I was on my way within 20 mins. When I returned the vehicle they were more than accommodating when I was running late and again, handing the car back was fast and efficient. I would certainly use VWFS rent a car again without any hesitation.
