I rented a car for the weekend from VWFS in Poole and the whole experience was seamless. Booking was straightforward, all staff members were exceptionally polite and helpful, and the pick-up/drop off process was straightforward and efficient. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in future.

My experience to rent a Multi-van from Breeze Campers & VWFS Rent - a - Car Poole branch was a great choice.
This particular branch was most excellent to my family and I.
The rental executive who showcased the car ,Roy Senkali, was knowledgeable and friendly teaching me how to use the car during the test drive it’s automatic vehicle and it’s very modern features. He also kindly offered to drop me off at home which I was extremely grateful for as it was raining. Further more I am wishing him all the best to keep up the good work. Not to mention the car was amazing as well, being a new model which was made and plate # in 2025 it was optimal for my family’s use and we truly enjoyed using it. Now we are looking forward to the next’s adventure.

Rented an ID Buzz GTX Pro LWB 7 seat for one day from the Poole branch. Roy was super helpful, friendly and explained everything answering all my questions too. Car was fab to drive and rental was a great price too! I will not hesitate to rent from them again. The location is excellent too.

We were handed over the van by Roy who was amazing, very professional and went above and beyond to help at any point. The van itself wasn’t clean and Roy noticed this straight away, ensuring we were made comfortable but dealt with it straight away. We also found the ‘how to’ videos useful as well as the demonstrations.

Roy at Poole breeze garage was excellent. He made the whole transition of renting the ID Buzz very easy. Nothing was too much effort. A great welcome back on the return of the vehicle to.

Roy is so friendly and nice explained all the details that i want to know. Top class rent a car company and 100% recommend to other. Price is cheap compared to other company. Well recommend to other people.

We rented a 7 seater Multivan (which is an amazing vehicle) for a trip to France, cheaper than any other car rentals and fantastic service, especially from ROY who was AMAZING.
