Perfect Rental Experience
The whole experience was perfect from the original booking to the return of the car. Car was exactly what I wanted being a 7 seater. All charges were shown up front with no surprises when the car was returned. The rental supervisor Stefan was very good, showing me the different technical side of the high spec equipment. Will use the service in the future. Well done

Poole VW Rental 10 out of 10
Very Friendly staff , so easy to book a vehicle on line and i hate computers. I have used VW rent-a-car for yrs now but 1st time in Poole. The value for money is the best ive ever found for renting. vehicle was spotless as ever and you dont end up with Basic models either. There are no hidden costs as long as you bring the vehicle back with similar fuel amout there is no hassle with mileage or anything.
I would Definately recomend if you need to Hire a vehicle for any reason. 10 out 10

Excellent service
Excellent service. Affordable price for a top quality car. No quibble, even though I was 30 minutes late getting the car back. Even gave me a lift back to Bournemouth after returning the vehicle. Would definitely use them again.
