We rented a 7 seater Multivan (which is an amazing vehicle) for a trip to France, cheaper than any other car rentals and fantastic service, especially from ROY who was AMAZING. Excellent service! Really easy process from start- finish. Unlimited mileage is an added bonus which most rental services don’t have! ROY is Fantastic he was so helpful and we made another booking with him for our trip in July when we dropped the vehicle back. I rented a car from VW Rent-a-Car in Poole, UK for my 10+ day trip, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. We had initially booked a VW Golf, but later decided to go for a bigger car. Although the one we wanted wasn't available, the team went out of their way to offer us a brand-new VW Passat at a great discounted price — which was a fantastic deal!

The car was in excellent condition, very clean, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. The rental process was straightforward, and the price was reasonable for the quality of service and vehicle provided. I'm truly happy with how I was treated — the staff were courteous and helpful from beginning to end.

Stefan at Breeze VW, Poole is a real credit to the organisation! It was my first time of using VWFS rental at Breeze VW and I spoke to him about my concerns a day before the rental. He not only assisted me with a fantastic upgrade to satisfy my concerns, he was also super patient in explaining the process. I had severe delays due to traffic and he also kindly waited for me to return the vehicle. I would recommend renting at Breeze VW Poole to anyone and hope you get to meet Stefan!

Was looking to rent a car for a special birthday in Devon and wasn't disappointed at all after trying to rent a certain car I received a phone call saying it wasn't available but was offered a free upgrade to a better model.
