Third time renting from VWFS Slough and another good experience. Very nice, personal service. Cars are near-new, in great condition and seem to always be a few steps above the base spec, so nice extras that make the experience feel more special than the regular mainstream rental companies.

Borrowed the VW California Ocean to go on a long weekend to Cornwall - service was exceptional and the vehicle was perfect - virtually brand new and came with all the camping essentials. Staff are all friendly and everything was ready on time. The paperwork and collecting/dropping off was very smooth. Thank you for a great experience!

Couldn’t fault anything. This was our second time renting a campervan through VWFS, and once again everything was perfect. Gary and Barry were fantastic from start to finish, even arranging for the van to be collected from another branch that was much closer to us. The whole experience was seamless, and we’re already planning our third rental!

Very reliable service especially from Waseem. Always would ensure I could rent the car I wanted. Service with a smile always. Now I don't bother shopping around as I know I will not receive the level of service that I get from VWFS Slough.
Booking process is via the phone which is sometimes difficult to get through.

There are four points I’d like to share about my 5 star experience with VWFS rent-a-car in Slough.

1. You get the car you booked - sounds simple but few rivals seem to recognise the value in that
2. Waseem - what a great ambassador for VWFS. From helping me with directions for getting to the branch from Burnham station, to a real-world demonstration of the vehicle controls prior to setting off, to a courteous and friendly handling of the vehicle return. Quite simply a better experience than I’ve had with any other rental company.
3. Value for money. In my view VWFS offered better rental pricing that its rivals - especially when the vehicle itself is the one you requested
4. Prompt return of security deposit. My credit card refund was completed within 2 working days. I’ve experienced rival companies take 28 days.

Above all, I applaud Waseem for making a strong commercial offer into a positive human experience.

The total experience was great, from the booking (online) collection to drop off. The service and the total price, no hidden costs, the accurate information given to me. The car was almost new and was the same as the one booked online. They even called me as I left in the car an umbrella! 10 out of 10 for me

Just wanted to say it was great renting our Skoda through VWFS. Great price and great service. More than worth the cost of an Uber to and from Heathrow. The Kodiaq was also great for our family of five adults and was very good on fuel. Also really appreciated your flexibility with drop off time. I will be recommending you guys to my fellow kiwi travellers. Thank you.

These guys are GREAT, I hire from them regularly. Super friendly, great price & service. Even when I'm last minute they find me a car. Best hire car company by far.

I have used vwfs a few times while my car has been fixed.this time I lost my car key and needed a motor straight away.The car I got was great to drive but when I returned the car early I got a return of days not used and the same agent was very understanding and arranged all the deposit etc returned to my bank within a few days. Thank you.

The price was cheaper than expected, before insurance of course. The car was fabulous for me. Some electronic things needed to learn but that goes for all new cars. Drove a skoda fabia manual. A 2022 design.
