The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Wasim was really helpful and friendly. The car was well presented and was exactly the make and model I booked (a surprisingly simple but useful feature of hiring a car that other firms neglect). This isn’t the first time I have used VWFS to hire a car and they are definitely my first choice for car hire locally.

Really friendly staff. Calm kind explained everything as my car broke down and I was upset. A special mention to Wasim hope I got your name right. Brilliant guy very understanding. Car was lovely to drive looked after it like it was my own.

Rented a Kamiq for 4 days. A party of 3 arrived just before I did resulting in an extra 30 minute wait. The receptionist was very apologetic and friendly. The car was as booked with only 630 miles on the clock. No problems during the trip and the return process was timely. I considered the price to be good value.

Excellent service and excellent value for money.
For a family of 5, VWFS were significantly cheaper than all other options to get a high spec modern car.
On arrival it took a little time to collect however the car was in excellent condition.

It is great. The car is new, and comfortable. And the price is pretty good comparing with other companies.
On the other hand, the deposit is very high (500£)!

Anyway it was nice trip.

We had the worst car hire experience with rent a car Slough.
For minor wear and tear in the wheel rim the store manager deducted £250 and on top asked us to pat additionally £150 even though we had purchased enhanced CDW which limited our liability to a Max of £250. During the rental period we had a type puncture and the company took 24 hours to fix this minor issue which ruined our holiday plans and instead of being cooperative and understanding of the inconvenience caused to us they did not return our deposit. They should have actually offered us compensation for ruining our holidays but no instead they wanted to squeeze as much money as possible. When I refused to pay any additional money (they had already deducted £250, the store manager threatened us with court case. This has caused us a lot of stress and mental harassment. We are escalating this and will not tolerate such conduct.

Hired for our 4 week trip and price was amazing compared to the other hire companies and service was even better, plus we got to drive a new car. Booking and pickup process was easy and fast and great communication. Will use again no doubt.
