Great company. Always helpful and I use them every time I come home by train. I hire a car for the weekend and Dominic will pick me up from the train station in the car and then I drop him back at the office. They are very helpful and never had a single problem with deposits or anything else.

This is second time I have hired car from VWFS Rent A Car, Sunderland, As with first hire, Staff, service was excellent, had same T-Roc I had hired earlier for a 4 week period, car was spotlessly clean, fully fuelled and ready to go very quick pick at Branch, and away. Whilst in Scotland needed extend car hire by another day, one very quick phone call, all done. Also, as I have stated in a previous review, rates of hire far better/cheaper, that the main hire car companies. For future car hire arrangements, I will always prefer/use, VWFS Rent A Car, Sunderland. Thank you.

Brilliant service from Pulman Group. I hired a car for 3 days and, as always, couldn’t fault the experience. The car was spotless, comfortable and in excellent condition, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. Friendly, professional service every time. I’ve used them multiple times over the past year and have always been really happy with the service.

My first rental with the business after being recommended by a friend. From start to finish the business was brilliant in helping me selecting the right car, making any adjustments and the vehicle was brilliant. Handing in the car was a nice experience and the deposit refunded within a business day. Would definitely recommend. Staff are a credit Shak and Dominic make sure you are catered for fully.

So simple and quick. Booked online. Great friendly service. Received a quick call when the car was ready in case I wanted to collect early. Very quick and easy to collect and had all of the car's features explained well got me on the road with minimal fuss. Good value too for 10 day rental. Would definitely recommend over others I've used in the past.

We hired a Skoda Karoq for 10 days for a trip away. The car was exactly what we needed. Dominic was friendly and great to deal with, made the booking, collection and drop off seamless.
