First time in using this company, we normally used Enterprise but due to their poor customer service tried Pulman.

Absolutely brilliant, car was great pick up and drop off was easy and straight forward as well. Defo use again. Car was great, unlimited milage just what we needed and not at a crazy price either, brilliant.

Actually rental was very good however very disappointed about one thing I rented for 8 days and was talked I can park my car on the grounds for the duration of my rental . When I got there I was told no such thing the agent even had the audacity to say no one told me that . Overall was good but disappointing regarding this hence 3 stars

Where do I start, simple, easy, both Steve and Shakeel were great to deal with and very very helpful, a credit to the company. The Cupra was beautiful to drive great on fuel and all the bells and whistles as I like it and the price!!! £97 for 3 days! Unbelievable (but don’t stick the price up haha)…
Overall a great experience and a worthwhile 5star rating.

Needed a car to go drop the mrs and the sister-in-law off at Heathrow airport. A family member informed me about pulman rent a car volkswagen Sunderland. Absolutely spot on got the booking done cheap efficient smooth car was even smoother. Managed to hire the Skoda Octavia 24 plate loadsa room and boot space comfy journey already booked for the second trip. They're all sound as a pound was dealing with Dominic the rental manager, won't be going anywhere else for a car hire amazing experience.

Dominic was great, although we had a slight issue on renting a particular car, he was very apologetic and helped as much as possible to sort it. Warm welcome and easy to rent procedures make it fast, simple and painless to sort out the renting of a car.
