It was a last minute booking
It was a last minute booking. Richard Scheininger was very helpful as we were communicating via email & phone calls. He was swift with his responses booking was done over the weekend and we needed the car by Monday. I was well impressed with the overall booking and the vehicle was clean and comfortable, smooth in driving. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Outstanding Service
I originally booked a car hire through Enterprise and was let down by mutiple sites. I then found VWFS rent a car in watford and the service was in stark contrast. Richard was very professional and helpful. On arrival the vehicle was clean and ready at the front. The rate was very reasonable. I also had the option to extend my rental at short notice. Highly recommend Richard and the VWFS rent a car service.

Have been using the services of VWFS…for over 10 years and find the service above par and experience of driving good clean and well maintained vehicles.
Have been using the services of VWFS Rent -a car every time i visit UK. The booking is well handled. It takes less than 10 min to finish the process and drive off. The vehicles are in mint condition. Wonderful experience of VW vehicles.

Immaculate cars. Excellent service
I have used Citigate twice now to hire cars. Friendly, helpful and responsive service makes the reservation paperwork easy. The cars have been in immaculate condition and they drive excellently. It was almost a shame I had to hand them back.

Highly recommended
I selected a first vehicle but close to the rental date needed to change to a different vehicle. The contact person at the company (Richard) immediately handled the change for me with no effort on my part.
I received exactly the vehicle that I ordered, in good condition and no wasted time or paperwork. Richard was friendly and exceptionally helpful.
I gave the vehicle back with no issues and again Richard was helpful and friendly.
