Very easy process and the car we rented was very well prepared. We needed to collect a few hours earlier than planned but this was arranged with zero fuss. Thank you!

Only bit worried is £500 deposit. Just a suggestion reduce the deposit you will find more bookings 😊

We use this VW rental often and are never disappointed. Richard and his colleagues are helpful,the cars are clean and reliable. A couple of times recently had to extend at short notice due to a seriously ill relative and the staff made it happen with no fuss. 100 % recommended.

The rental car was ready on time and was exactly as it had been described. The process was very smooth and easy. The staff were happy to communicate via email/phone to answer any questions I had.
There was a slight hiccup during the return as I wasn’t aware that the offices had moved but once that was sorted the return was quick and easy as well.
The rental fee was extremely competitive and I would 100% recommend to family and friends and I would use them again when I visit the UK again.

The company needs to update their location to be clearer - the confirmation email says "LOCATION: CITYGATE WATFORD". When you type that into Google Maps, it takes you to the new VW car yard, not the actual rental yard (which is across town). This was an extremely inconvenient hassle the morning I picked up the car (busses didn't turn up so I walked 30 minutes in the rain). The physical address in Bushey should be listed after "LOCATION" on the email.
Otherwise, rental experience couldn't have been smoother. Car was luxurious, comfortable, clean, new. Very straight forward experience.

Car was great, comfortable and good at what it was designed for. I did have to do some maintenance the night I collected it when a warning light came on because the coolant level was low. The electronics were a bit buggy, I had a couple of strange experiences with the active cruise and speed limiter. Also was meant to be given a Skoda Kodiaq which is bigger but the VW replacement meant my partner had to take her car too so I could have rented a cheaper car if I’d known.

There was an issue with their system at collection but quickly dealt with. Drop-off was a breeze.

Looked around at other firms and this was the cheapest for the size of car.

Don't let the location but you off, 3 stops to Euston and a 5-minute walk from the station.
