Michael was so helpful and the service offered was wonderful. It was easy to book, the pick up was swift and efficient and drop off was very smooth. The prices were very competitive and I chose the location so as not to travel to Heathrow.

This has been my 5th time using VW rental services, which should say quite a lot. The team is super friendly, on the ball and helpful. The rental cars are clean, new, and are well priced. Easy to get to and avoids the heathrow nonsense or other rental companies that are quite lacklustre. Returns are simple and straightforward, never had any surprises. Would definitely be using them over other rental companies.

In a sea of 'computer says no' and rental houses with a complete lack of customer focus, these chaps are amazing. I was given the car I asked for, for the time I needed it (amazing how many others wouldn't rent for more than 28 days as opposed to my required 36 days) and at a very competitive rate. My need to take the car (a lovely Skoda Kodiaq) abroad didn't faze them either. Michael and his team at West London VW went above and beyond to deliver me the best rental experience I have ever had. I will never rent anywhere else again.

Rented multiple times due to the quality of the service, friendly and courteous staff.

Right from the booking experience everything was excellent. I needed to provide details for a ferry and the team booked me a specific car and gave me the info. On pick up day there was a little delay as they were so busy, but staff were friendly and helpful and got me on the road as quickly as they could.

The vehicle was like new - clean and tidy inside and well maintained.

I had a little ding during the hire, but they gave me a fair price to fix it. And my remaining deposit came back within a few days.

All together a brilliant experience, at a reasonable price.

Mike at Citygate was fantastic. Warm, friendly and caring. As it was the first time we'd ever hired a camper van he answered all my questions with patience and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Especially so, when we were delayed returning because of motorway closures. I couldn't recommend him and Citygate more highly. The Camper van was clean and beautifully presented. The whole process was easy and the information given ahead of our booking, very useful. I'd never come across Citygate before but they rent out all types of vehicles including two VW camper vans. I would have no hesitation in returning.
