Excellent Service and Smooth Rental Experience
I recently rented a car from VWFS, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and seamless.
The vehicle itself was clean, brand new, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I was also pleased with how easy it was to pick up and drop off the car—efficient and hassle-free.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again in the future. Highly recommend!

VW California Hire - Long Weekend
Everything went well from start to finish. Vehicle ready on time, good briefing on how to use it (particularly good if you've never driven a camper before), friendly staff who were very helpful from collection to drop off. The van was clean and well equipped and was enjoyable to drive and made for comfortable camping over the weekend. A couple of small quibbles; the rentacar automated paperwork caused some confusion about pricing and the water didn't work for us (this had been reported by the previous hirer) which was a bit inconvenient.

Simply THE BEST EVER rental car…
Simply THE BEST EVER rental car experience. Mike and David who run VW West London car rentals are the nicest people imaginable. Diane and I were treated as welcome guests on arrival at the beautiful VW showroom where we explored the fantastic old VW family cars on display (I used to own a 1961 type 3 notchback in the early 70s). Coffee, chats and a marvellous almost new Golf automatic (exactly as booked) were provided. Say no more - simply the BEST EVER car rental. And the trip to Heathrow for our flight home to Australia was short, cheap and really enjoyable. Patrick Gallagher

Just as advertised - really nice people to do business with! Make sure you meet Michael from VW west London who would take very good care of you every time. Friendly, helpful and honest guy. Would be happy to travel far just to rent from him.

5 Star Car & Service
I rented a Tiguan from VWFS Rental West London for a short rental. The process from booking online to picking up the vehicle was flawless. Micheal was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. The Tiguan was comfortable to drive and I would highly recommend hiring it and using VWFS Rent a Car if you are looking for a rental in the UK.
