Excellent Experience - Highly Recommend
We rented a Tiguan from VWFS Rental West London for a 51 day “lap of the map” of the UK. The process from booking online from Australia to picking up the vehicle was flawless. Dave was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. This was by far the best car rental experience I have ever had. There were no hidden costs, no surprises and compared to mainstream rental car companies more affordable and simpler to navigate the rental process. The Tiguan was comfortable to drive and had the space to carry our luggage. We had trouble free trip around the UK. Would highly recommend VWFS Rent a Car if you are looking for a rental in the UK. I would happily use them again and will certainly recommend them to anyone I know travelling to the UK who needs a rental car.

Simply the best!
We rented a Golf from West London VW for a 32 day road trip around England and Wales. The car was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Michael, the rental manager, was friendly, welcoming and very efficient. We both checked over the car, Michael went over the car features with us answering all our questions, the paperwork was completed and we were on our way very quickly. This was the best car rental experience I have ever had. Thanks so much to Michael and VW for ensuring that our UK trip went without a problem. Amazing Rental Experience
To be honest, Volkswagen is really a good car to drive with! We rented a SUV T-Roc automatic for our road trip within the UK (Scotland, Wales, London) and the experience were superb and awesome. The drive to Scotland is really a memorable one and awesome views on the mountains when passing through motorway M6/A82. For the rental process, it's easy, straightforward, and the price is very affordable. Most importantly, no hidden charges and no pop-up charges! Everything are very transparent. Kudos to Michael (Rental Manager) in Volkswagen Citygate West London. He is a very friendly and humorous guy, thank you Michael! Without this amazing rent from VWFS, we wouldn't be able to have such an amazing road trip experience! I would recommend to everyone to rent with VWFS Rent-a-Car if you need one!
