Stress free van hire. Nearly new van. Great staff member.

Absolutely first class service and the vehicle we hired (VW ID Buzz) was exceptional. A one week hire, plenty of miles covered and no complaints. Brian was faultless to deal with from start to finish. Very professional and a genuinely lovely guy, couldn’t do enough for us. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Extremely helpful in all my queries. Very polite and informative given very good guidance on the use of the vehicle. The rental vehicle was clean, comfortable and a dream to drive. The cost was reasonable and suited my budget. I would definitely use them again and I cannot praise them enough.

Really wanted to try a Crafter van during my house move. Adam and Peter were really helpful sorting me out a Luton with a tail lift at a great price.

I hire with other hire companies through work and the service is always frustrating. VWFS is completely different; they are really helpful, you get a hot drink while waiting and Peter was honest and helpful. I felt valued as a customer and they were very fair about their expectations for the van. It wasn’t like other companies, where you just feel like a target for fines and charges.

Also the vans are quite new and if you book a Crafter, you get a Crafter… none of this “or equivalent” you get with other companies. If you’re considering buying a VW, it’s a great way to try one out on a long journey or for a few days.

Honestly couldn’t thank Peter enough and couldn’t recommend the West Yorkshire branch highly enough.

Hired a brilliant and pretty much brand new Multivan at short notice. Craig was very helpful and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The only disappointment was returning the vehicle at the end of the hire!

Previously hired a van through VWFS for a holiday with our elderly parents, needed extra room for mobility aids etc. Had excellent service, hence we contacted them for this years' hire. Very efficient, excellent price, service was superb. Van clean and ready to go for time we arranged. No issues with the van whilst away. Will definitely be in touch if we have need of a van in future.

As always, been a few a times and never disappointed. Staff are quick, efficient and extremely helpful and accommodating. I won't go anywhere else, nothing compares. Highly recommend.
