I placed my order some time ago
I placed my order some time ago. I think it may be over three months now. The first rep I was interacting with was a manager. Then after no response from her I tried emailing and nothing. Then I called the 800 number and did get someone who informed me the person I was dealing with left the company. I am not sure why the emails did not come back as undeliverable. The new rep said they would do a rush delivery and to my knowledge we still do not have our order. Very disappointed

Ordering was extremely easy
Ordering was extremely easy. My Grandson needed these shirts for his job. HR was on back order. Found waitstuff.com quicker and easier than HR and less expensive as well. If you need Quality Brand named uniform garments make waitstuff.com your first stop.

The order arrived with incorrect sized
The order arrived with incorrect sized. Ordered size 16 and size 0 arrived. Now, staff is without uniforms for another 2-3 weeks. Will not order from here again.

Polite and Friendly
I called during the holiday in the COVID year, the phone was answered by a nice gentleman, he walked me thru the embroidery options, I got my order submitted and he updated the invoice for embroidery all on one phone call, he was honest about timeline with the holiday and COVID and very friendly.

Great website, great selection of styles!
The website is user friendly and the color samples are helpful. Ordered a shirt to sample and was extremely happy with the product. Pleasantly surprised how quickly the package arrived! I've ordered a dozen more samples and sizes for our team, they were excited with the selection of colors and sizes.
