The shirts look great. One of the shirts call it button disintegrated after first wash but other than that I get shirts

Improve the return process. I’m still waiting to be able to return part of my order 3 weeks later.

My company is non-stop ordering through different vendors, and working with WaitStuff to order products is an absolute breeze! If there is something we'd like to look at, they're more than happy to send along a sample piece. If we want to order something that is on backorder, the waitstuff team is prompt in their response time and also provide substitute items if we don't want to wait. I would highly recommend using this vendor for your uniform needs!!!

I was very UPSET.. My package was missing a batch of 7 Extra items in a COLOR that I had URGENTLY been waiting for..

After I sent my email was VERY happy when I received a phone call from your Representative Jamilah. I was UPSET.. but your staffer LISTENED to me.. and thereby calmed me down.. which is very hard to do..

She CALMLY.. explained to me that they had run out of that particular Color.. The PROBLEM was that I STILL wanted that Color.. and was in a time crunch..

She was able to SEARCH and find me a DIFFERENT TYPE..
but in the same Style and SAME Color.. that I had stubbornly preferred and ONLY WANTED..

As it turns out was extremely glad for the REPLACEMENT TYPE.. that I received in RAPID TIME.. to make up for the LOSS of time..

The shipping was good. The shirt material is terrible. It attracts every hair & piece of lint. Fits like a man's shirt. This will be my last resort shirt if all others I bought are dirty.

My first order was received promptly looked great. I placed a slightly larger second order, and delivery was very under par. I am still awaiting the arrival of the merchandise I’ve ordered.

The website is easy to use, the shipping is fast, we will definitely use them again!

Shipping was fast, the item I bought seems quality. My only complaint is aesthetic. The picture showed a two-tone server book, predominantly black with a brown simulated leather flap on the inside left. Instead the flap was black. Not a big deal, but I did like the contrast between the black and brown as shown in the picture and wish the product I recieved had been faithful to that picture.

I literally emailed canceling my order due to it being on back order and then received an email back stating they were preparing my order. Very frustrating.

The fee incurred for returning items is ridiculous. The item took much longer to receive than expected.

I ordered navy shorts which arrived quickly. They fit nicely and are of high quality fabric. These microfiber shorts are almost impossible to find in stores like Macy's, Izod, Dillard's, etc. I like them because they come out of the washer and dryer without wrinkles and are light for packing when traveling.

Shorts fit well and are TTS; excellent material. Shipping was extremely fast.

A terrific experience! Your company made it easy to open an account. The items needed were stocked and ordering was a breeze. Payment online was smooth and offered several options. The shipping was FAST(UPS), arriving days after placing the order. The items arrived in excellent condition, well-packed and high in quality. Fit perfectly- true to size.
