I ordered some shoes from this website and the vendor had a slight delay with delivery. I really needed the shoes for a new job I’m starting on Monday and when I didn’t receive a shipping notification I reached out to Wakuda.
The co-founder Nathaniel responded personally and spoke with the vendor who sent the shoes with next day delivery and included a pair of complimentary socks with a lovely hand written note.
The best online retail experience I’ve had in a long time - thanks to Wakuda and Elliott (the vegan shoe brand)

Not a good experience for me, and really wanted to support a black business.
Ordered a custom birthday card for my partners special day. Estimated delivery date was before the birthday date. Waited and waited. No card.
Eventually the day came and still no card. Extremely upset as I had nothing to present on the day, had to run around and find an ordinary card from a shop.
Emailed to find out what was happening. Initially offered another card from the website (no use to me at the time though). Another day passed and still nothing, so requested a refund as the card was now useless to me. Refund received with no issue (hence the 2 stars).
Eventually received a royal mail card days later stating they had a delivery for me with NO postage, and wanted £5 so that I could collect it.
Went to the royal mail depot to check what it was, as I wasn't going to pay £5 for something that I didn't know what it was.
Turned out from the envelope, it was the card, had NO postage stamp, the address was handwritten very rough and my postcode wasn't even included, AND there was no return address.
I refused to pay to take it, so I was told the card would be destroyed after a couple of weeks.
My first experience using Wakuda, but sad to say I wont be using them again unfortunately.
