Liked the product when it finally…

Liked the product when it finally arrived. The problem from my perspective was when ordered there was no lead time given, hence assumed it would arrive in time for a particular event.
Had to contact the company after a few weeks to follow up on ETA.
Would like to order more but need a better customer connection regarding lead time for delivery before I consider any future orders.
