Ordered a lishi from them, after a week had no update on the order, just emailed to chase it now and got a refund come through, no information, no email just a refund after a week.

Poor service, avoid

I purchased a lishi pick from them 4 months ago and it was never sent to me. All the attempts to contact them were ignored. This is SCAMM!!!

I ordered some training covers for mortice locks off these guys, after signing up I didn't seem to get any confirmation emails of my order - although they were on the "my account and orders" part of the site saying processed and shipped. This was my mistake - they'd gone to my other email address because I used PayPal. Saw these reviews in the meantime and got a little anxious, nevertheless the order turned up within seven days with no mither. Not bad for the run up to Christmas!

Order placed and no response for 1 week and then a refund without any reason. Best to just shut the website down.

given the other negative rewiews i would assume the worst and avoid at all cost if i where you.

luckily for me PayPal buyer protection saved the day.

After a few days I had some concerns about the three orders I’d placed with this company, when I saw the trust pilot reviews more so. However, I think we become impatient with online stores with so many next day deliveries. Credit where it’s due, whilst a little slow, my three orders were fulfilled without drama and exactly as advertised. Happy customer!

I contacted them after missing items & no refund & after the 3rd emailing I got a reply from them personally attacking me verbally!! I was totally shocked to be spoken to this way

Product sent was not as described. I paid for 19 keys only recieved 15. When I contacted them I recieved a curt email telling me to return them. I asked if I would be expected to pay the return postage etc, they completely ignored the question and just sent more curt and rude emails accusing me of trying to scam them! I wish I had looked at trust pilot before my purchase. I am currently going through PayPal to try to get a partial refund and I will be sending a link to these reviews to PayPal.
Update: PayPal has given me a full refund and I do not have to return the keys.

This company is shocking ordard EPG took the money apparently sent my Item with no tracking number on parcel waited and waited for over a week and nothings arrived.. had a lengthy refund process AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Overcharged for postage, supplied a non-working key & refused to let me return it. Sent curt and rude emails resulting in me being called a "w*nk*r.
Being in the same trade & professionaly qualified,(now retired) I NEVER EVER treated a customer the way they treated me. Read all the other feedback people have given them on various feedback sites then avoid them like the plague!
(have proof for all the above & will be provided if required) .

after reading other reviews i realize i should check for reviews before buying from them, the same as the german guy i got to be spoken crap after i asked for a refund for buying a lishi tools and received a cheap copy instead. Buy better from ebay or amazon where your money are protected in case of recieving items that are not as described. Stay away!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!…. Emailed me saying it was wall shipped but it wasn’t…sent me the wrong item a cheaper one then said to me they don't make the one I wanted in very abrupt abusive emails but didn’t tell me it was cheaper item! Tone of email was a disgrace, give me my money back then cancelled another order sent my money back. Must be a bogus company absolute disgrace!

Ordered a plug spinner online, if I'd ordered from ebay or Amazon I'd receive it in approx 3 -5 days. Its been 2 weeks and no confirmation of order but they took my money. Where I come from ppl get kneecapped for this sort of cowboy sh#t. You're lucky I'm a reasonable man. Don't use this company.

Ordered items , paid from them, was notified I’d receive me goods 2/3 days then I received a refund a day later , no explanation why , I called and they hung up on me !! ,

I don’t know what’s going on with them but not a good way to run a business just let people know if you want their business instead of wasting their time

I ordered something from this company. After 20 days, I wrote to the company asking where the item was. I was immediately insulted as a "Stupid German C***". I was blocked on Facebook and further emails were ignored. I will now file a criminal complaint because of the racist insult.

Placed an order with them and received acknowledgment but when I chased up after a few days they just refunded the money with no explanation. Have emailed and messaged them but getting no response

After searching for the right product and deliberating my purchase for many hours, I placed an order on the Walker Locksmiths website. The product was listed as in stock and I was able to process the whole transaction and even part with my money only to be informed by email (with no apology) that the product was unavailable and no longer being made. I questioned why it was still listed on the website but received no explanation or any attempt to try and compensate my disappointment on a substitute product that I was assured was 'identical'. I checked, it isn't identical, it's similar, identical means the same. The exchange of emails was cold and arrogant and the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will avoid shopping here in future and wouldn't recommend to anybody else. They are probably leaving well-known products live on their website to gain a higher ranking on search engines which is deceptive and no way to do business. If you don't have products people are actually searching for then do some market research.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!! Didn't order my parts even called him a week after i placed the order, he ended up rude and aggressive after i canceled the item. Avoid at all costs!!!!
