Poor customer service
Received a partial refund for an order I placed. Sent a polite message asking what had been refunded. Was told to check shipping order email, to which I replied I hadn't received one. Told me it had been sent and to check my mail properly.
I then received an email calling me a w****r and then received the shipping notification and in the notes saying that I was a reta*d. Very unprofessional and wont be using them in the future.

Should of read the reviews before i ordered. Ive been robbed. Took the money and have not received any items. Not getting any responses to my messages by email or facebook. Typical.

Avoid like the plague.
I ordered an item and when received I emailed with a very polite question.
The reply was abusive and sarcastic. He then proceeded to follow up with other abuse, some of which was very offensive.
My advice is to avoid this person.

This is a nightmare company that robs you of your money,
aggressive customer service, buy from walker
locksmiths and you will regret it and also be out
of pocket and they don't want to hear about it as as they say "it's your problem" even though the Post Office has told them they have to make a claim they won't do anything, DO NOT BELIEVE ANY COMMENTS THESE THIEVES MAKE EITHER
there is a better online company ( bumpkeys ) uk, much better service and cheaper. i wouldn't even give one star. 0/10
