Excellent experience
Excellent experience! I have been with Walker Smith for almost a year and a half over two different contracts. I have never experienced a problem with them, and they are always quick to respond with any questions. I highly recommend them for an Umbrella company.

Truly appalling
Truly appalling, I had previously been a client of IMS accounting which was great but since the acquisition, the service has been some of the work customer experience I have received in my life. I've been charged incorrect fees, I have not received responses from my emails (even after following up 3 times) and now I am incorrectly being asked to pay fees even after I requirest to have my service closed.
I honestly just want this nightmare to end.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I got a call from Sean within a minute of requesting one on the website. The registration was smooth and uncomplicated and the follow up by other staff equally impressive. So far they have taken the stress out of the nightmare that is IR35.
