DO NOT USE - I purchased a wall mural 4 weeks ago. My first experience was fantastic. They were very accommodating. However I never received my item and now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. They have been so rude on the phone and are refusing to refund. They say I have to make a claim through the delivery company. They were so nice to begin with and now they are so blunt and rude on the phone and unwilling to help. I am so unhappy and I would warn anyone against using them in the future.

Loved the mural looks great went on easy delivered promtly

easy to use website,lots of choice,received product in 10 days and was kept informed of dispatch and delivery.

The poster came in two strips but one was longer than the other once attached to the wall so not a level edge

Really dissatisfied. Low quality print. Returned and no refund. Tried all the usual channels and had no response. Hundreds of pounds wasted!

Total scam. didn't get the order and didn't get a refund. THEN they block me and started ignoring my emails! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Harder to put up than I was expecting. But great end result.

Excellent mural was purchased; kept updated along the way with what stage they were at. Only thing I would say is that when you are in the 'choosing stage', the picture could do with being bigger on the screen.

Terrible company. Just like others say. Poor product and non-existant customer service. Do not order from them. I have requested that my credit card company claim my money back

Like some of the other reviews i have seen here, I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase.
No one will get back to me about my order. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. Ordered a made to measure mural in spray up paper, their most expensive option. Arrived a day late, but not a major problem. Decorator arrived, and we realised they had sent the wrong product. The paper was so thin, image resolution terrible. For my decorator to come back when they replaced the order, it would've cost me another day at £130. I tried to phone them and it's just an answering machine, no one calls you back. When you send an email you get a message back saying they'll be in touch within 5 working days. So we made the decision to go out and get some wallpaper to put up instead, and get a refund for the incorrect order. After sending several emails they agreed to refund once I returned the incorrect order. I did that and it was received by them almost a month ago and since then they've ignored all my emails. Yesterday I instructed my bank to begin proceedings to claim the money back from them. But I'm not hopeful. Please don't use this unscrupulous company. I've used Photowall a couple of times previously who have been very good.

Terrible customer service, Give me back my £362.10 refund even after paying express delivery you didn't deliver the mural. I have researched you and you have cheated many customers. FRAUD!!!! I have reported you to trading standards and I will follow up with them daily till they act. You have ignored my emails and calls. issue my refund! Wallpaper Ink

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Don't do it!
I placed an order and never received my item. "Scott" called me and wanted more money for the shipping, which I disputed, but ended up giving them a local address to their operation and then never heard from them, and I never received my order despite numerous emails and voice messages. They have taken my money and provided me with no product!
If you order from this company you are taking a gamble on getting nothing in return! I have never been treated this badly by a company!

The quality of the map mural we received was poor. Since then we've been trying to contact this company but have been met with voicemail and auto responses on email.

Very rude. Company took 355 dollars Which is in US funds
Ends Up being over 500 for us. My 3 yr old daughter is without a mural and I have never been treated so badly. They wanted a 5 digit confirmation number which they NEVER sent me.
They sent me a 4 digit. It has been a week since I have contacted them and they keep avoiding me. Never have I felt that a company
Is fraudulent till Now. The sad part is I have all the proof and have sent them all the screen shots of the 4 digit confirmation number. Needless to say I ordered this mural on august the 12th.
What should I do about the company and my large amount of cash that I will say was stolen from us???

Fast delivery good all round product. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unquie finish

31/8/17 Quality of picture very poor and picture sent was incomplete. Tried to contact the company to resolve the issue, but no one got back to me. Still chasing them for a solution.
