Not a good experience at all.
I paid a premium for a speedy service (5-10 days), after 12 days I started TRYING to contact the company. The phone number doesn't allow you to speak to anyone and just leave a message and directs you to the website to put in a support ticket.
I put in a support ticket and am told by automatic confirmation any response could take 72 hours!!!! What company runs like that?
The next day I put in another request. I never received any responses. After 15 days I received the product. Still no communications from Wallpaperink, and still none to this day.
The video and information after purchase all say instructions are contained with the order. I have none. The video says to start in middle of wall - I was supplied 5 long sheets, 4 same width and a small strip - so starting from middle doesn't work - I only spotted as I double checked measurements.

I went for the highest resolution on one of their stock pictures, and quite simply, it is very poor and blurry. Along with the fact one of the sheets arrived with a 2 inch crumple that must have occurred at packing stage I would avoid this company at all costs.
One sheet also has a white strip for 3 ft on one side which has meant it is impossible to line up the pattern as it has gone out of sync by 2-3mm.
It is recommended in the video to use a wallpaper brush to help iron out the bubbles. I bought a new brush, so completely dry, and the ink runs when brushed over.
There is little point to me trying to get a refund on the speedy postage that was not fulfilled since no one responds ; likewise with trying to resolve the damaged sheet and misprint. I spent £400 for a dream wall for the kids room and have been totally let down. Utter disaster, from what I now discover is a slightly dodgy company in trouble.
After 8 days of emailing and sending images of the problems (no one picks up the phone on their side) I briefly got a response from someone called 'Scott' who agreed there was an error with printing and offered me a refund or an 'upgrade' on my current order (bit weird as I already ordered highest spec (spray up)) asking me the colour of the backing paper to which I responded and now it has gone back to radio silence - all I want is a replacement. Its been 8 days since they replied, I'm still emailing every day trying to get something for my boys room.
Given no response from them and the diabolical product that does not fit, is not as described, and is full of flaws. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The same problem as some other people experienced. I placed an order on the 16th July and haven't heard back. Their phone number doesn't work and the support team don't respond to messages and voicemails. Terrible service!

wallpaperink done a fabulous job in turning our sons room into a bob the builder play ground.papers was thick and of high quality. instructions where fairly easy to follow and delivery was fast. have uploaded a photo of our wall to your fb page. Eric

Very bad experience with WallpaperInk. Avoid this company at all cost. I purchased a wallpaper from this website on 9th July and I have not received the item. I emailed to their support email twice for which I have not received any reply till now. Their contact number given on the website doesn't let me speak to anyone and just says to email for which I never got reply. Please pour your inputs on how to catch hold of them to get my product that I paid for. If you have not bought from this company, AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST.

I used a photo I took when In Dubai. Wasn't sure the quality was going to be good enough as I took it on my iPad. But all was well I was well impressed with the detail in the photo.

My photo is of a beach with the burj hotel in the background supper chuffed with the result.

Now I can wake up and for one minute think i am in Dubai before reality kicks and I have to get dressed for work lol

My murals just arrived from Wallpaper Ink! Their customer service and professionalism was a pleasure to deal with. I would order from them again.

They did not answer my emails and questions. They made the wallpaper 18 days after I ordered it, and the quality was so bad that I already toke it down the same day and ordered from another store.

Their Wall Mural was the best I've seen. I could tell that they put a lot of time, effort, and consideration into my request. The customer service was exceptional and the quality of my wall mural is undeniable. I would recommend Wallpaper Ink to anyone.

I've had a few wall mural over the year. We have decorated the kids bedrooms a number of times. This time my bot wanted a space themed wall mural so we set out looking for bedding, light shades ext them we wanted thought about having his wall looking like it was looking out to space. We found a design on wallpaperink where planets looked just right.

Ordering on the site was simple we did make a call as we where unsure on weather to go for spray up or premium in the end we choose spray up as it's apparently easier to fit just spray the back and slide into place as with the other you need to paste.

So the wallpaper turned up about 3/4 days after ordering. After opening in the box all the tools where there to do the job. We went on there site to watch a video on how to install the mural and after that got to work.

It took us about 2 hours to complete and the finished result look great.

Ordered two wallpapers. Unfortunately the quality of the pictures on the wallpapers was not near the picture quality seen at the web page. The ordered quality of the wallpapers were of medium quality. The pictures are quite blurred.
Have tried several times to phone - no answer.
Have sent an email via email address and through their website. One is promised an answer within 5 working days. This has not happened.
I wonder if their refund politics, as written on web page are really existing?

Paper arrived on time. Poor quality print - very low resolution.
Creases in the paper leaving lines across the main characters. Totally unusable.

Tried to contact them using 'live' chat - No response.
Tried phone number on the order receipt - did not work, bad number
Tried sales number - No reply.
Left support ticket - no response.
EMailed a picture of the faulty paper - got an automated response saying I will be contacted in 5 DAYS time! - Maybe.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Wallpaper Ink was very easy to work with! I communicated with Scott directly through the website and he gave me plenty of insight. I just received my order and I am very satisfied with the condition. I highly recommend Scott and Wallpaper Ink!
